Who We Serve

Effie Yeaw Nature Center proudly partners with schools across Northern California, bringing immersive environmental education to students from a diverse range of communities. We serve schools in Butte, Yuba, Sutter, Sacramento, Yolo, Nevada, Placer, and El Dorado counties, fostering a connection to nature for thousands of students each year.

Through engaging field trips, classroom visits, and outreach programs, we inspire students to explore the natural world, learn about local ecosystems, and develop a lifelong appreciation for conservation.
