As the sun begins to set and the Nature Study Area transforms, discover why dusk is one of the best times to experience wildlife along the American River.
Join Oak Hollow Photography's' Erik Johnson and Effie Yeaw Nature Center staff for a relaxed, guided sunset walk through the NSA. Keep an eye out for deer emerging from the forest, listen for the calls of owls and other evening wildlife, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of golden hour as day transitions into night.
