Birding. Breakfast. Fun.

Bird & Breakfast is a special morning celebrating birds, nature, and community.

Start your morning exploring the Nature Study Area alongside expert birders from the Sacramento Audubon Society. Sacramento Audubon Society Guides will help you identify local birds, observe active nests and nesting behaviors, and provide insight into the fascinating “language” of birds.

Whether you’re new to birding or an experienced enthusiast, everyone walks away having discovered something new.

After the walk, gather with fellow participants to enjoy a delicious breakfast and great company. Guests can also browse a selection of exciting silent auction items sure to delight bird lovers and nature enthusiasts alike.

All proceeds support environmental education programs at the Effie Yeaw Nature Center, helping connect thousands of children and families with the natural world each year.
