About the event
It's that time of year again! The Chinook "King" salmon are returning from the ocean to spawn in the American River. Join a naturalist for an engaging 30-minute presentation about salmon and then take a 1-hour guided walk to the river to see the salmon in action.
*In the event of inclement weather, a craft will be provided instead of a hike.
