NatureFest is a vibrant, nature-themed community event designed to celebrate the beauty and importance of the natural world while fostering connections among local businesses, organizations, and families.
At NatureFest, attendees can explore a variety of interactive exhibits, activities, and demonstrations that highlight nature-related topics such as conservation, wildlife, and eco-friendly practices.
The event also provides a platform for vendors to showcase and sell nature-inspired products, crafts, and services. With its focus on community engagement and environmental stewardship, NatureFest is more than just an event—it's a celebration of the natural world and a reminder of the importance of preserving it for future generations.
Exhibitor Details and Policies
- Limited Space Available: Applications will be accepted through May 15th, 2026. - Exhibitor Booth Fee: $25, which must feature a nature-related or safe/healthy recreation-related activity for families. - Payment Deadline: Payments are due no later than May 15th, 2026 to secure your reservation. Late payments will result in forfeiture of your booth. - No candy or gum allowed to be handed out or sold at any booths. - Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own supplies, including tents, tables, chairs, and water, unless the table and chairs rental fee has been paid. Most of the venue is shaded. - If you would like to rent a table and two chairs for your booth, there will be an additional $30 fee (for a total of $55). Please indicate your choice on the application form below and remit payment by May 15th, 2026. - If you are a nonprofit organization (NPO) seeking consideration for a fee waiver, please email us at jaclynt@sacnaturecenter.net with your request and relevant details. - Exhibitors will be assigned a booth space by EYNC staff.
Event Day Setup and Take Down
Exhibitor setup will begin at 7:30 AM on June 7th, 2026, and must be fully completed by 9:30 AM to ensure a smooth start to the event. Exhibitors take down will commence promptly at 3:00 PM, following the conclusion of the event. A detailed map with booth assignments will be provided in advance to help you locate your designated space
Selling at NatureFest
If you wish to sell items at the event, the fee is $100. - Vendors must have a valid business sale permit to participate and are responsible for managing their own sales, including collecting payments and charging any applicable sales tax. - ARNHA reserves the right to prohibit the service or sale or any item or items not identified in the exhibitor’s description.
